Welcome to the Pro-Staff Kitchen.  One of the great responsibilities of being a hunter is also being a great steward over the wild game we have been blessed to harvest.  We find in Genesis 1:26 and in Genesis 9:3 that God has given us dominion over animal life and  has called us to be good stewards of what we harvest.  As time goes on it is our hope that this becomes a growing database of great receipes that will help you prepare wonderful delicious wild game meals that will keep your family coming back to the table for more.  It is in these wonderul times around the table that some great memories can be made with your family.  From time to time Pastor Paul and the pro-staff will also create video segments displaying how to prepare various wild game dishes so you can visually see the process as well.
